This Return and Refund Policy explains what items can be returned, how to return them, and the circumstances under which we will offer a refund or a replacement.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Seasonal or promotional sale items

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Place the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the package, and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  4. We will process your return or exchange after receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the process.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

Products marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page are not eligible for returns.
